About
At Pollinate Global we partner with innovative multinational organisations to help the future titans of industry scale their operations by facilitating global programmes and helping build communities of peers who support each other for life.
How did this all start? Rewind to Autumn 2008 and Founders Ross and Alice Beese were surfing on along the California Coast, living out of the back of an old Ford Econoline. One warm California evening, they were invited to watch the world premiere of surf film 'One Track Mind' at Patagonia's HQ in Ventura. They got to know the film director Chris Malloy and a few weeks later they were back home in West Wales hosting their own sell-out European Premiere of that same film to the adventurers in Pembrokeshire, donating every penny made to Surfers Against Sewage.
This fledging fundraiser in their local community hallmarked the beginning of their journey into event production and building global communities. Over the past ten years, Ross and Alice have consulted for innovative companies in the UK and the US. Highlights include The Do Lectures in the UK and the US, The Girl Effect Accelerator in partnership with Nike Foundation, Project Literacy Lab in partnership with Pearson, Unreasonable Impact in partnership with Barclays, Unreasonable Goals in partnership with the US State Department and Mission2020’s Swarm.
Ross and Alice live on the West Coast of Wales. They are growing Pollinate as a business to connect people and projects, scale growth-stage companies, inspire new ideas, help dreams to flourish all with a light touch and a good sense of fun.
